About the role
Lead the structure gang at site — shuttering, reinforcement and concreting.
Job responsibilities
- Allot daily work to carpenters, bar-benders and labour
- Supervise shuttering, steel fixing and concreting
- Ensure safe working practices at site
- Report daily progress to the Structural Engineer
Required technical skills
Qualification & experience
- Required qualification
- 10th / 12th / ITI — experience is more important than qualification
- Required work experience
- 5+ years as foreman on culvert / bridge / structure works
