About the role
Run the site store — stock control, reconciliation, indents and audit readiness.
Job responsibilities
- Supervise receipt, issue and storage of materials
- Prepare monthly material reconciliation and stock reports
- Raise indents and follow up with purchase
- Control diesel and spare-parts consumption records
- Keep store records ready for internal and statutory audit
Required technical skills
Qualification & experience
- Required qualification
- Graduate (any stream); Diploma in Materials Management preferred
- Required work experience
- 4 – 7 years in stores at road / infrastructure project sites
