About the role
Lead billing, planning and contract documentation for highway EPC / HAM projects.
Job responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor project baseline schedule and resource plans
- Lead preparation and certification of client bills and escalation claims
- Handle variation orders, change of scope and contract correspondence
- Prepare MIS, cash-flow forecasts and progress reports for management
- Review sub-contractor bills and work orders
- Guide the billing & planning team at site
Required technical skills
Qualification & experience
- Required qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Required work experience
- 6 – 10 years in billing & planning on NHAI / MoRTH / State highway projects (EPC / HAM)
