About the role
Ensure materials and works meet MoRTH / IRC specifications through testing and inspection.
Job responsibilities
- Carry out and supervise tests on soil, aggregates, bitumen and concrete
- Prepare mix designs (GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, concrete)
- Conduct field density and layer-wise quality checks
- Maintain QA/QC records and test registers
- Coordinate with the Authority Engineer / consultant for approvals
Required technical skills
Qualification & experience
- Required qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Required work experience
- 3 – 7 years in QA/QC on highway projects
