About the role
Execute highway works at site — earthwork, sub-grade, granular layers and bituminous / concrete pavement.
Job responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily highway activities as per drawings and MoRTH specifications
- Supervise earthwork, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC / PQC laying
- Deploy machinery and manpower efficiently
- Ensure quality, safety and record keeping at site
- Coordinate with survey, QA/QC and billing teams
Required technical skills
Qualification & experience
- Required qualification
- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Required work experience
- 3 – 8 years in highway construction (earthwork, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, PQC)
